Through verbal process, Attorney disciplinary investigation exservidora ahead of Córdoba Department of Education

The Attorney General's Office cited a public hearing to Mrs. Olga Berrocal Lucia Rivera, in his capacity as professional university under the Ministry of Education of Cordoba for not complying with the requests made by the Third Court Administrative Monteria (Cordoba) .

The investigation must be submitted on Monday 14 May 2012, at 2:30 pm in the Hearing Room of the Regional Office of Cordoba, located on Calle 25 # 6-81 of the city of Monteria.

The prosecution accuses Mrs. Rivera Berrocal failure incurred by failing to respond timely to the request raised by that court, the July 17, 2008, by which it requested the Ministry of Education Departmental submit documentation.

Additionally, the January 18, 2011 the court office sent another communication in which he warned about the omission mistake that the Ministry of Education by failing to respond to said office and attached a term of 3 days to do so, however the official would not advance any steps to respond and only until 13 March 2012 sent the documentation requested by the court office.

This measure of verbal, Mrs. Olga Lucia Berrocal may attend personally and directly, or through his attorney, and will have the opportunity to present oral or written version of the events under investigation.
