"If you take the political decision to legalize drugs should go to a referendum": Attorney General's Office, Alejandro Ordóñez Maldonado

 

The Attorney General's Office expressed its position on the legalization of drugs in the country. He reiterated that the Attorney General's Office as a representative of society does not agree with the legalization of drugs, nor with its decriminalization, believing that a debate is untimely because the judgment 221 of 1994 of the Constitutional Court decriminalized the consumption staff.
